Personal data obtained through cookies and similar technologies on this website ("Site") is processed by feasymo, as data controller, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Cookies are small text files stored on your device/browser when you visit a website. This policy also covers similar technologies that use your browser's local storage (localStorage) - some Site functions, such as staying logged in and remembering your theme preference, work this way instead of through an HTTP cookie (see Section 4).

When you visit the Site, data such as your IP address, browser/device information, and page views and interactions are collected automatically, electronically, through cookies and similar technologies.

Strictly Necessary (Always Active): Lets you log in and securely access your account (Supabase authentication) - stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not an HTTP cookie. Your theme preference and your response to this cookie notice are stored the same way. The Service cannot function without these, so they don't require consent and cannot be disabled.

Security: HTTP cookies placed by Google reCAPTCHA to protect the signup and password-reset forms from abuse (bots, spam). Necessary for the security of those forms.

Analytics/Marketing: HTTP cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, via Google's unified "Google tag" (gtag.js) infrastructure, to measure site traffic and usage statistics as well as conversions (e.g. sign-ups) from our ad campaigns. This cookie loads by default regardless of your cookie preference.

Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies: processed under KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest of the data controller), as they are required for the Site and Service to function.

Security, analytics, and marketing/advertising cookies: also processed under KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), based on our legitimate interest in protecting forms, improving the Service, and measuring the effectiveness of our ad campaigns.

The Site uses Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc. for hosting and infrastructure, and Google LLC (reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) for security, analytics, and ad conversion measurement. These providers' servers may be located outside Turkey. In such cases, your personal data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9, based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

Local-storage data (session, theme, cookie preference) stays on your device until you clear your browser data.

reCAPTCHA cookies: typically expire within a few months, per Google's own policies.

Google Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for 2 years, _gid for 24 hours.

Google Ads cookies: the _gcl_au cookie is kept for 90 days.

You may contact our data controller to learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure/destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK; object to processing; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. Requests can be sent to info@feasymo.com and will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, per KVKK Art. 13.

You can indicate your choice via "Accept" or "Reject" in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage and won't be asked again on the same browser. To change it, simply clear your browser's site data/local storage for this site - the notice will reappear on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies generally from your browser settings; this may prevent some parts of the Service (e.g. logging in) from working.
