By registering for or using feasymo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

feasymo is a personal finance tracking tool that lets users record cash, bank account, and precious-metal holdings, view their total value at current market rates, and optionally manage these records together with family members, partners, or others through shared lists. The Service is NOT a bank, investment advisory, or brokerage service; it does not move real money and does not connect to any bank account.

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.

When you create a list, you become its Owner, and only you may invite or remove members, change a member's permission level, rename the list, or delete it. You may grant members you invite either Viewer (read-only) or Editor (can add/edit/delete records) permissions. Deleting a list irreversibly deletes ALL records within it - you acknowledge that this action should be taken with care. feasymo is not responsible for records added or modified by other members of a shared list; as the list Owner, you are responsible for choosing and managing your list's members.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to not infringe the rights of others, to not attempt unauthorized access to any account or list, and to avoid any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Service, such as excessive automated requests or attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities.

Currency, gold, and fund prices displayed in the App are sourced from a third-party provider (Fonoloji) and are provided for informational purposes only; they do not constitute real-time transaction pricing, investment advice, or financial counsel. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter. feasymo is not liable for any loss arising from delays or discrepancies in rate data.

The App's design, software, logo, and brand name belong to feasymo and are protected by copyright. The financial record data you enter belongs to you; you grant us the license needed to process that data solely to the extent required to provide the Service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; in that case your data will be processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

The Service is provided as is. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, feasymo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, data loss, or the actions of another member of a shared list.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
