By registering for or using feasymo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

feasymo is PURELY a personal finance asset TRACKING tool that lets users record cash, bank account, precious-metal, mutual fund, BIST stock, time deposit, private pension (BES) contribution, and credit card spending holdings, view their total value at current market rates, and optionally manage these records together with family members, partners, or others through shared lists. The Service MUST NOT be treated as a bank, investment advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, or any other financial service, and MUST NOT be used for investment purposes; it does not move real money, does not connect to any bank account, and does not recommend or execute any financial product or transaction. The App's sole purpose is to let users store and keep track of their own manually entered asset information in one place. The asset types available in the App depend on the COUNTRY you select during sign-up (and can change later in Settings): Türkiye-specific types such as BIST stocks, mutual funds (TEFAS), gold jewellery, and time deposits are offered only to users whose country is Türkiye; when Other is selected, cash, bank account, and credit card types are available. This distinction only affects the options shown in the interface - records you entered earlier are not deleted and remain visible.

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.

When you create a list, you become its Owner, and only you may invite or remove members, change a member's permission level, rename the list, or delete it. You may grant members you invite either Viewer (read-only) or Editor (can add/edit/delete records) permissions. Deleting a list irreversibly deletes ALL records within it - you acknowledge that this action should be taken with care. feasymo is not responsible for records added or modified by other members of a shared list; as the list Owner, you are responsible for choosing and managing your list's members.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to not infringe the rights of others, to not attempt unauthorized access to any account or list, and to avoid any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Service, such as excessive automated requests or attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities.

Currency, gold, fund, and BIST stock prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers (Fonoloji for currency/gold/funds, Yahoo Finance for stocks) and are provided for informational purposes only; they do not constitute real-time transaction pricing, investment advice, or financial counsel. feasymo is NOT an investment tool and must not be used to make investment decisions. Every transaction and record you enter into the App (type, amount, date, description, and any other field) is information you have entered yourself; you are solely responsible for the accuracy, currency, and content of these records. feasymo does not audit or verify entered records and is not liable for any decision made based on them. The App is a storage/tracking tool that helps you view and keep track of your assets in one place; it must not be relied upon for any other purpose. feasymo is also not liable for any loss arising from delays or discrepancies in rate data. Interest, withholding tax, and maturity balance figures shown for time deposit records are ESTIMATES based on the rate and term you enter; they may differ from your bank's actual interest accrual method, value-date/business-day rules, and the withholding rates in force. These figures are not a promise of return or investment advice and must not be used to make investment decisions.

The names, abbreviations, ticker symbols, and issuer/manager titles of stocks, mutual funds, and other financial instruments displayed in the App are the trademarks or trade names of their respective companies, fund managers, or brokers, and are shown solely as a reference so you can identify your own holdings. Their use does not imply, and must not be construed as implying, any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or representation between feasymo and those entities; all trademarks, trade names, and logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. In particular: Borsa İstanbul and BIST are trademarks of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., and TEFAS is a trademark of Takasbank. feasymo is not affiliated with these institutions, holds no data licence from them, and does not redistribute their official or real-time feeds; the stock prices shown in the app are delayed, information-only values derived from Yahoo Finance's public data. The logos of these institutions are never used in the app.

The App's design, software, logo, and brand name belong to feasymo and are protected by copyright. The financial record data you enter belongs to you; you grant us the license needed to process that data solely to the extent required to provide the Service to you.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict, change or remove parts of the Service without prior notice in order to improve it, carry out maintenance or address security concerns. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; in that case your data will be processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

The Service is provided as is. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, feasymo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, data loss, or the actions of another member of a shared list.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
